Blue Lodge or “Symbolic” Masons confer the first three degrees of Masonry on candidates. In order to join any other Masonic body, it is necessary to be a brother in good standing in a Blue Lodge. The first three degrees are the Entered Apprentice, Fellow Craft, and Master Mason. Minerva Lodge is in the Second Masonic District, which includes Lodges in Butler, Warren, Preble, and Montgomery Counties.
